:: Who We Are ::

We are individual designers who are brotherhood-minded Muslims from the United States. We truly want to help the talented brothers/sisters from poor countries as we also are from a third world country, while we have an opportunity to work with western clients.

:: Objective ::

To fiscally support the unforgotten Muslim artists from Third World countries (Asia, Africa, East European countries) by giving them opportunities to work with western clients.

:: How to Join ::

Send us a note with subject ‘Join’, and include the followings.

- Your Originality and Languages
We do not care what nationality you are. You just need to be a Muslim. But we do need to know what country you are from, so that we can arrange the payment.
Languages: We expect that you are also able to work on that particular languages.

- Brief Info of your work experience
Please make it short. We are expecting mass amount of members and don’t have time to read through every single ones’. Also do not submit your full CV or résumé.

- Your Specialties
Tell us about what you are good at. We welcome all kind of talents. Having said that, amateurs and beginners are encouraged to apply though. Here are some categories in case you confuse.

Photography: Specify the field that you are good at and comfortable working on. E.g.: Product goods, Fashion, Portrait, Experimental, Pop
Illustration: Same thing as above.
Web Design: simple HTML, e-commerce, flash, user interface, layout, DHTML, XML, Java Script, Forum based, etc.
Print Design: Identity, Editorial layout (Newspaper, Journal, Newsletter), Advertisements, Abstract, Typography.
3D: Model of all kind (human, car, etc), Illustration.
Cartoon: Cartoonist are welcome too.
Others: Feel free to tell us if you have other talents aside from the listing. We would love to hear that.

We need some links of your sample design/gallery/portfolio. We will evaluate your skill base on what you've done. please just do not come and say "hey I'm good" but show us something. we need to know more than that.

:: How We Work ::

- We are currently looking for all kind of art projects from brochure design to 3D model.
When a project comes up, we will review the members’ profiles and choose the suitable person.
- Sometimes one or more designer may involve in one project, for example, flash designer may work with a web programmer and a web designer depends on the project.
- We will manage the process and designer shall abide the directions we give.
- We don’t expect the designer to take all responsibilities. Designer shall work with one of our consultant during the process. He may guide you in art direction to meet the client's need.
- Once we choose a designer, we will ask him the estimated time he may need on particular project. We do not force the designer to work on inappropriate due time.

:: Your Requirements/Responsibilities ::

You have read through till here. So we expect that you are a serious person about this.
- You must be professional and must have real talent as you describe yourself.
- Be on-time: We expect you to get the job done in time as puntuality is the key in western business world.
- You should have fast internet connection to download the art direction or sample we send you and to upload the final works you have done.
- You are expected to do 2-5 revisions during process.
- You are expected to be reached at least 2 times a day during process, IM is fine as well as email. We may not contact you via phone.
- Your full name, email, mailing address and fax/phone number (This will be confidential and shall not be redistributed to others).

:: Payment System ::
- Designer will be compensated 50% of the net profit per project.
- He must agree that 10% of profit will go to any Muslim charity organization. Designer will have a right to choose what organization shall get donated, e.g., indonesia tsunami, palestine, Africa, WFO,.
- Payment will be paid via Western Union or Paypal if it is available in your country. The Transaction Fee will be paid from designer’s expense.
- One third of the payment will be paid at the beginning of the project (This is to build a trust between designer and we)

:: Contract Agreement ::

The brief contract agreement shall be signed by both designer and we before project get started. We work under the name of Allah. We trust you on the fact that we are brothers. So please dont be a scam and we wont be so.

:: Equal Opportunity ::

Again, We are based on the trust of brotherhood under the name of Islam. We will not discriminate people base on race, color, gender or disability. Everybody will get the equal opportunity as they deserve. If a project comes alone and we have two or more candidates line up, the priority will be their financial status. No need to remind you again we are founded to support our brothers who are in need. For example, there are 3 designers lined up from 3 different countries, A. UAE (annual income = $40000), B. Egypt($10000), C. Pakistan ($12000), we will consider B as a prior.
